My journey into change management began over a decade ago with consulting, where I discovered my knack for navigating complex transformations with finesse and precision. Following some dedicated quality time with my son, I'm back to launch my blog - The Change Maven!
At Meta, I had the incredible opportunity to lead transformative change initiatives across the organization's dynamic people and recruiting portfolio. From redesigning interview experiences to crafting dynamic internal communication strategies, to managing large change agent networks, every day was a whirlwind of innovation and collaboration. My time at Meta not only honed my skills as a change management expert but also fueled my passion for driving meaningful organizational change in a fast-paced environment
I built my foundation in Change Management here - from managing HR transformations for healthcare clients, to driving robust communication plans during M&As. I also walked the floors of warehouses to count SKUs, and gain an understanding of operations and supply chain practices. With every project, I helped clients march toward their goals; keeping people at the center of my journey - and leaving them with a newfound love for change. It was a rollercoaster ride of challenges and triumphs, and I wouldn't have had it any other way!
